Why can't I see my booking in the app?

The app will show you all upcoming bookings associated with your InterCity Rewards account. If you've made a booking on our website, over the phone or through an agent and it's not showing up in your app, your Rewards number may not have been entered at time of booking. You can contact us by phone or by emailing rewards@intercity.co.nz with your booking reference to get your booking associated with your Rewards account.
