We welcome passengers who need special assistance and will do our best to help you however we can.
As our drivers travel alone, there are some limitations around the level of assistance we are able to provide. Passengers need to be able to stand unaided when boarding and disembarking the coach.
If you are travelling with a service dog, please contact us in advance, and we will reserve an extra seat for no additional charge
The NZ Dog Control Act empowers several organisations to certify assistance dogs for people with disabilities to travel on InterCity services. The assistance dogs must wear some form of identification, such as a branded vest, harness or medallion identifying the organisation, while travelling on InterCity services.
